1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Blupoket. By accessing or using our digital platform, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Blupoket Ghana. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Identity Verification (KYC)
Blupoket utilizes cutting-edge AI for identity verification. To enable payouts, you must provide a valid Ghana Card. Our AI cross-references your ID name with your bank/Momo account details to prevent fraud. You agree that your account will remain unverified until this match is successful.
3. Campaign Integrity
You represent that all information provided in your fundraising campaigns is truthful and accurate. Misleading donors or using the platform for illegal activities will result in immediate termination of your account and freezing of funds for investigation.
4. Financial Transactions
Donations are subject to processing fees from our partners (Paystack). Funds may be subject to a 24-hour clearance period for security reasons before appearing in your withdrawable balance.
5. Social Change & Petitions
Blupoket provides tools for digital advocacy. We do not endorse the views expressed in user-generated petitions. Users are responsible for ensuring their petitions comply with the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
Blupoket reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use constitutes agreement to new updates.
